David ZHAN, Vice Director of Strategy Research Board. The Co-founder of FAIF Fund Limited, Chairman of FSUA group ; Chairman of Hongkong Henan Genreal Chamber of Commerce; ; Tourism and Culture Goodwill Ambassador of Nepal Republic. Mr. Zhan got the Doctor of Business Administration from City University of Hong Kong and Fudan University. 

Zheng YIN, Member of Strategy Research Board. Director of FSUA Board,Co-president of FAIF fund limited. Ms. YIN got Master’s Degree of Arts of Brunel University, UK. 

Guozhong HUANG, Member of Strategy Research Board.  Through a unique social view, Mr. Huang has independent opinions of FSUA tourism business and social responsibility. He is also a senior expert in the field of tourism management and justice. Mr. Huang had been Director of the Organization Department of the CPC Shanghai Municipal Committee, Shanghai Municipal Maritime Court of Discipline Inspection Team Leader and Head of the Department, and the Head of the Shanghai Municipal Bureau of Tourism Discipline.

Huiqin Zhao, Member of Strategy Research Board. She has an independent opinion on FSUA's overseas business and social responsibility. Ms. Zhao is a well-known overseas Chinese. She is one of the early advocates and leaders of the Shanghai Headquarter Economy Model, and is also well versed in the history and laws of the development of private enterprises in China.

Lixing CAO, Member of Strategy Research Board. Vice Chairman of FSUA, With more than 25 years’ experience in business management, high-tech industrial development, agricultural project development. Former director of Shanghai University Business School, CEO of Shanghai University Shang Da LTD.

Longshan ZHOU, Member of Strategy Research Board. Mr. Zhou graduated from the Foreign Language Department of Fudan University, and he has more than 30 years’ experience in tourism business management. Mr. Zhou was the assistant to the General Manager, Deputy Secretary, Director, Supervisor of Former Shanghai CITS (Stock 900929), Deputy General Manager of Shanghai Xin Kang Hui International Travel LTD, General Manager of the Shanghai East Shanghai international Travel LTD.

Hong ZHAN, Member of Strategy Research Board. Director of FSUA Board, General Manager of Shanghai First Sino Medical Device Technology LTD. Mr. Zhan has studied medical electronic instrumentation at the University of Shanghai for Science and Technology, and achieved MBA in Fudan University. He had been worked in the leading global medical device company for more than 10 years, made a great number of research on medical device market in China's rural areas.

Yudong PAN, Member of Strategy Research Board. Perennial legal counsel of FSUA. He worked in the legal department of Want Want China Holding Limited, Mainland of China. He is a professional lawyer and partner in Shanghai Shen Hua Law Firm, and the member of Shanghai law society. 

Jopeng CHIANG, Member of Strategy Research Board. Director of FSUA Board，Secretary to FSUA Board, manager of Overseas Business Department. Graduated from National Tsing Hua University, China Taiwan, Bachelor of Humanities Degree.  (Updated in May 2022)

曹力行，战略委员会成员。华一联合集团副董事长、集团农商事业部主管。具有30年以上企业管理、高科技产业开发、农业项目开发、资本运作经验。曾任上海大学国际商学院产业办主任、上海大学上大科技有限公司总裁。

周龙山，战略委员会成员。具有30年以上旅游企业管理经验。曾任上海国旅总经理助理、党委副书记、董事、监事长，上海新康辉国际旅行社副总经理，上海东上海国际旅行社总经理等职。
